The online appointment booking system is very helpful although slots get booked up for a quick appointment - this is a big and busy practice. The range of services is useful and having a pharmacist on the premises makes life easier.

I am under the care of Dr. Mohammed Athullah (Dr. Nat) who has excellent Dr./Patient relationship, always willing to spend time to explain things. In general his Appoints are always on time and he gets to the point without delay. There is however often a delay in getting an Appointment in the event that you wish to see your own Dr. However, in the event that I am unable to get an Appointment with my own Dr. in case of an emergency or requiring a same day Appointment there is nearly always an available Dr. to see you. The Practice provides extensive aspects of medical care which must venhance the surgery's reputation. On the downside I do question whether the surgery is getting to big for it iown good particularly having regard to the extensive building taking plave in Horsham.tid

Being a patient can give you false idea,s that doctor,s have that magic cure, I must admit I got caught in this ever growing society blame ever one including your local service like the NHS. After five crippling motor crash,s and four years on I come to see that I am still alive and in one piece thanks to local Hospital,s and Dr Aylin Ergene and Dr Sarah Slator time patience and medical knowledge on many of my pre-crash and post crash issue. I can relate to the park surgery staff very well and think that there on line patient login account regarding all the surgery,s departments and service,s is a god send for those of are computer literate but have life issue,s in many area,s of today,s world. The blood pressure machine is quite often out of order and it could be placed somewhere else that is more private and not within the children's play area: as it's now. The piped music is unnecessary and intrusive. Other than that, the GP's and staff are very good with, one exception. This is a very busy large surgery, and to expect more than they currently offer would be unreasonable. However I think the question of whether or not it should be such a large surgery, needs to be looked at.
